I’ve already discussed this here long ago. Bale didn’t even receive a renewal offer, like Ramos. They don’t play some of these old numbers anymore. Take Bale out and Hazard is their top earner at 400k. Mbappe will come in at the top but it won’t be anywhere near Bale numbers. Madrid is not financially irresponsible. And they know they’re in a new reality. There’s a reason they still want the Super League

I might get shot down for saying this, but maybe sky are saying that about Kane to try and make Haaland think we are not serious about buying him and he chooses to go somewhere else instead. I wouldn't put it past the bastards at sky to do that.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he’s on £500k there, but the Mike Keegan story said “in excess of £500k” from us

It doesn't even make sense. Haaland's decision is imminent while Kane will probably see how the summer pans out. The timeline is all wrong.

The reason Real, Barca, and Juve want the Super League is so they can get in on the EPL's vast economic potential and might...that's it period...case closed...they know that otherwise as things stand they won't be able to compete long term...why else ask SIX teams from one league to join?...City and Chelsea realized they don't need Real, Barca, Milan, Juve, or Inter so they quickly pulled a reversal...those teams NEED THEM!!! Also, PSG is independently wealthy as a club and Bayern are "fan" owned and could not get the vote needed to join...so you're left with the 3 stooges...

Doubt he’s ever come out and said it in public but he spends plenty of time here and has a house here so whilst could mean fuck all it doesn’t exactly rule out the possibility.
 
for me its a done deal and has been since jan
its just waiting for city to come out after a big downer like losing the title or going out of the champions league

the sweetener that will give us hope for next season is pep staying and signing another 2 seasons extension and haaland signing a 7 year deal
 
I see the City Xtra crew have posted a video on YT, one of those chat along jobs, saying that the signing is "imminent". The aroma of bullshit is wafting around my nostrils. How would they know?
