Yeah, but the Dippers never seem to have this problem. Sad to say they just look strong game after game after game. Rags also never did in their glory days. As much as I hate to say both those things. Mind you, we had plenty of seasons where we also didn't, and played like superstars almost all season.
The dippers have a...deeper squad than we do. Upfront they have Mane, Firmino, Jota, Diaz, Salah, Minamino, Origi etc each player with the ability to put in a 7/10 performance. They strengthened wisely this time.

If only Negredo could have kept it zipped ,unfortunately we never saw his full potential but that six months he was a beast .

Too slow & sadly too many players look tired. Biggest issue is we have nobody upfront. Pep has to change it now. Jesus & sterling have to come on for me.

Sad cycle of B.Silva. Starts big time into a season and also drops in form and doesn‘t recover

I like Palmer, but wouldn‘t you see him more in central positions?
If you’ve watched plenty of him at youth team level, you’d know that he really could play that RW. He can be central but he’s more dangerous on the wing as he has the skill to beat players, can shoot from distance and composure to pick a good pass in the final third.
