Leeds United (A) | Post Match Thread

On another note how does that away end get a health and safety certificate. Asked a copper and he shrugged his shoulders and said no idea. Underneath the stand is an accident waiting to happen. Utter dump of a ground.
The "concourse" in the upper tier is total shite. No air, no free space and claustrophobic as fuck.

Our away support yesterday was up there with the best I can remember. From kick off to final whistle, everyone in top voice. The 5 minutes of anti-Rag songs with the Lids fans was funny as fuck. Proper limbs when the goals went in. The players seem to appreciate it but it does piss me off a bit when Pep blows smoke up the home fans arses whilst not appreciating the away support. A quick token clap then down the tunnel does wind me up.

Same goes for the media. OUR support yesterday prompted the Leeds fans to turn up the volume. The atmosphere was down to both sets of fans, not just the sheep worriers. On the long walk back to the car after the match, every Lids fan I met said ours was the best away following they've seen for years.

Yet another thing we don't get any credit for.

The instruction to the refs "let the game flow" is naive in the extreme, anyone could have predicted that clubs will push and push, encouraged as each assault" goes unpunished. Pigmol guilty, ref's not man enough to stand up the to the dick who employs them. Leeds doing a "Wimbledon 2.0."

Booking him would have been unnecessary, everyone could see he was completely fucked and wouldn’t be playing again this season.

If it was a red card then the conversation is different because it obviously puts them down to 10.
so if you go off injured then no card? imagine if a player who committed a bad foul, injures himself and was on a yellow....physio then says stay down come off as you will be sent off. regardless of the injury a card should have be shown.

Tbf, Pep has praised our away support on numerous occasions this season, most noticeably after everton away

The concourse was hanging. That room isn't big enough for the amount of people

It's like you just didn't read my comment at all before replying.

I very specifically pointed out it' different if it's a red. I specifically pointed out everyone could see he was vey badly hurt and wasn't coming back.

It was much better than Goodison yesterday, but all I've heard is how great the Leeds fans were.

Love the guy, but sometimes, just sometimes, he misses an opportunity to really galvanise the fans.

Maybe its just me.

Padded seats at Elland Rd in the away section, up there with Bloomfield Road and the Emirates.

I agree, but in fairness Leeds fans were the best i’ve seen in years in England. Pisses me off more when Pep sucks off the anfield “atmosphere”

Leeds have the liveliest home support of all as befitting a passionate one team town, they hate utd more than us. Id like Leeds to stay up but with injuries and a cliche ridden manager made for a comedy channel they are in real danger, their 2 best players are not happy especially Phillips for whom Bielsa has been key.
City were brilliant and are now by far the best team ive ever seen in our colours, that was a great away win. Xxxx the scousers and fawning media.

Ha, says the troll who tried to spook people before the game
Ok I will indulge you. Try reading back, it wasn’t about this particular game, it was about the run in and the fact I believe Liverpool will win their games but City will slip up. Please keep up.

Which one (or more) of these last 4 matches do you reckon we will slip up in?
