All the tickets will get into the hands of fans, the only difference is that the ones not allocated to the clubs will provide a nice little earner for the UEFA gang. Klopp in this case is right, however, one important fact should not be over looked: he is a ****.
 
So, the very expensive and time consuming reward for following and supporting your club through a season is scrambling about for a ticket in the final of the ultimate competition,while many freeloading cunts,who's knowledge of football is only suitable for writing on a stamp,and who couldnt give a fuck which two teams are competing,get theirs supplied on a plate.....

Along with the rest of the nonsense and incompetence in the game,its no wonder so many have their lost passion and love for it.

Is 19,000+ tickets per club that bad in the general scheme of things?
It's obviously piss poor for an English team in Paris but would it have been a significant issue had the final been played in Leningrad as originally planned?
UEFA sort these things out well in advance and have never taken account of the nationality of the clubs in the final or the venue of the final. In theory the game could have taken place in any European (UEFA definition) stadium that met the criteria.
Several years ago an article claimed only a limited number of clubs would sell the full allocation for a CL final if the game was played more than two or three hours away by air. We feel it more in the UK as the majority of the clubs that would sell out were English.
UEFA is a commercial organisation with a small side-line in sport. They have a huge number of parasites to satisfy and don't care how they do it.
And those of us who are old enough will remember when the FA Cup final allocation was 25,000 per club in a stadium with a capacity of 100,000. Pretty much the same percentage without the need for international travel.
City, Chelsea, dippers and Spurs have all reached the finals recently, but UEFA allocate tickets well before the finalists are known. They also allocate stadiums before the finalists are known hence the farce of the Arsenal v Chelsea Europa League final being held nearly 3,000 miles away in Baku a few years ago.
For pedants: I know Leningrad is now St Petersburg but it was Leningrad when I went there several decades ago.

Many of these free-loading cunts are officials of various football associations across Europe so to suggest their knowledge of football could be written on stamps is a little wide of the mark. Even guests of corporate sponsors might be regular fans of their own teams.
However there will be a significant proportion who match your description. The main part I agree with is the lack of interest in the competing teams. Anybody who regularly attends Liverpool or Real Madrid games has more of a right to be there than those who support another club.
As for UEFA being "bent cunts". Hmm, let me think about that one. - Yep, got it in one.
