Have to say I was thinking that myself. Doesn't really make sense, unless he's bluffing.

Unless Pep's doing some kiddology here it's a big mistake imo to make this announcement.

i have to ask whats wrong with Ake? his last time on the pitch he was almost man of the match, clean sheet and crucial goal against leeds.

We won’t play Ake and Laporte as neither are comfortable on the right side. More likely to be Rodri/Fernandinho alongside Laporte.
 
I think he is showing confidence in the team regardless of injuries we should be ok - another injury and I think we have an issue

we should play the closest team we can get to that what we picked against real for all gAmes

Pep has just ruled him out of the Wolves game. Said he might be available for the last 2 games
 
huge loss...

Walker was expected tbh
Stones - was pretty sure about that one to but no Dias is huge

Thought that was the case when I saw Egan-Riley come on today....just smacked of Pep giving him such much needed minutes in a no pressure situation just incase he is needed

Presume Ake will start all the last games with Laporte at Centre half....just dont need anymore injuries.

West Ham will be a real test....

The big loss with Dias is leadership as well
