Because nobody pays any attention to the rubbish that comes from that station. To go suing would only give them the publicity and coverage they want, they want a reaction. Jordan uses a lot of terminology and words that he thinks make him sound credible. The only problem is half the time he mispronounces things or just uses words incorrectly.SJ speaks very nicely which enables him to act as if he is the font of all knowledge on many matters.

He's just a phoneshop knob that got lucky then mismanaged his money so he lost most of it.
He's about as credible as the other Jordan when it comes to business.
