Wolves (A) | Post Match Thread

I am going for Southampton to actually play with a bit of pride in front of their home crowd.
Hope you're right but suspect they'll get hammered due to dippers up and at 'em approach.
I'd actually love to go into the final game 3 points and a dozen goals ahead of Liverpool so we can win it at home with hardly any pressure. If we win at Wham and they drop points at Saints to give us the title it will be amusing but less satisfying.
Being there when we beat QPR, West Ham and Brighton was better than picking up the titles in 2018 and 2021 due to the rags dropping points.

Amazing performance from Kev..is there a better player in the world at the moment?
He was just fantastic..he deserves to win the title for that performance alone.
His passing and workrate are amazing..great finishes too.
Hope Eric is fit for Sunday...he played very well
Zinc was very good too..
Cancello very good but a bit greedy.
Gundo calm and composed as was Fern.
Eddie was good ..great passing and decent saves.
Phil was decent..Bernie was just Bernie.
Rod was very good ..Raz was disappointing but he contributed with a tap in.
Grealish and Ake looked good when they came on.
The travelling blues were loud and proud.
I thought it would be a really hard game but fuck me we bossed it.
What a team we have boys n girls

Great win.

Another showing from Raz where i just think he has a mental block on goal scoring. The chances he creates for himself are great - but its that last touch every time. He's been great for us but if he goes this summer im fine with it.

Just Wow! We've 4 tough matches to finish the season & we've done what we needed to do in two, with two left to perform.

Kevin De Bruyne was absolutely magnificent! Supreme! Majestic! His 4 goals were all absolutely superb. A 4midable performance of the highest calibre!

Shout outs to Sterling, Zinchenko & Rodri who on another day might have been pushing for MoTM, but today I'm sure they'll be happy to be part of the supporting cast.

I'm pissed off about the Wolves goal, as Fernandinho should have challenged their left winger instead of following Laporte toward the centre. By the time Fern realised his error, it was too late. Wolves crossed, took the shot & Zinchenko obscured Ederson's line of sight trying to make the clearance.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but how profligate were we tonight? Both Foden & Sterling missed two sitters each & Cancelo blazed several chances wide & over.

Gundog was quietly effective & kept the ball circulating. Our movement was excellent & our control was beyond compare. Fingers crossed that Laporte's injury isn't too serious. I can't believe we've ended the season without Mendy, & now have Stones, Walker, Dias & Laporte injured, with Aké struggling for fitness!

We've done what we needed to do, so the lads deserve a good rest. Roll on Sunday. It's gonna be fuckin tough. Gollum's got a Europa League place to play for so we've gotta double down & go again.

Come on City!

We’re doing all non Dipper fans a huge favour. Hopefully no one will ever be subjected to the shite that would be spouted for years if they actually won the quad. My three favourite teams:

Permanent unrequited love:

City

One night stands with a couple of slappers

Chelsea
Real Madrid

This manager and group of players have some serious set of balls. From what happened in Madrid to react to how they have in the last two games really is phononemial.

That tonight was a masterclass, We are the best team in the world regardless of what happens in Europe, This side goes down as the best ever in England. The standards we have set is out of this world.
