We just need to win on Sunday or if they draw we can draw. I was just hoping goal difference wouldn't get hammered tonight. Southampton are utterly spineless. Just got to do our job on Sunday and not completely fuck it up. If we do it's all down to ourselves!

The Liverpool team did at least have Jota, Firmino, Alisson, Konaté, Matip and Minamino in it. They weren't all second-stringers.

Southampton didn't throw the match. They are crap.

He did give Pool a decent game so hopefully doesn't. That said Wolves are the 4th best team or so in 2022, so they arnt pushovers either.

We put 5 past them not long ago. At Molyneux. Do you have any reason to think Liverpool won't do something similar at Anfield?

I'm not buying into this throwing the game malarkey. If they did it would have finished 3 or 4 to 1.
Hassenhutl is the one that set them up for an uphill task from the dressing room. Resting his best players after 10 days off is smacked arse shithousery. It's like he knows he's getting fucked off and the crowd have been booing him recently, so he's stabbed them in the back by playing a very weakened team.

Blame Hussenhatl primarily but the players should also shoulder a proportion of the blame. The desire to play a football match should be instilled in you. You don't need a manager for that. They were second best all night to every first and second ball.

Disgraceful performance and shows up the premier league slightly,at least show a bit of pride and endeavour ffs,it stinks when you think of the two games against us where it was like they were playing for their lives,pep was right we do it all by ourselves.
