No ,he said we have specific requirements, it may or may not be Phillips but if they think we require Phillips then Phillips its is, and guess what they will probably be right, as usual.

We don't need squad fillers, if that is all we are doing I'd rather promote one of our youth to play the 6 or 7 games Rodri needs to miss/rest, as opposed to buying somebody else's youth and Rice for 150m will be some 'filler' both of these players are not fit to lace Rodri's boots, nor prime Fernie either for that matter.

Haven't seen one media outlet (other than the OS) mention that CIty have won the the PL, the PL2 and U18 titles back to back. Hadn't realised myself it was back to back until Khaldoon said it in this interview.
