UEFA Independent Inquiry

Not sure if it’s the same **** or even The Anfield Wrap but there were a series of tweets from one of those Liverpool fan things last night. They were totally nit-picking anything that French minister said.

Things like “the fanzone was open in the morning”
“No it wasn’t - that’s a blatant lie! It didn’t open until 1pm!”

Now I’m not sure what relevance this has to do with what happened outside the stadium on Saturday. I can only assume that some Liverpool fans and Liverpool FC are clutching at whatever straws they can as they know that the investigation is going to expose the full extent of the ticket fraud and that it was a contributory factor in some of the more unsavoury scenes that unfolded.

It's the same guy and yes he's from the Anfield Wrap.

" I've spoke to many Liverpool fans and no mention of fake tickets" how does he explain all the scousers proudly posting on twitter about said fake tickets then?
Pure propaganda.
Also everyone spouting the line 40k fake tickets. They have never said this, the real quote is "30,000 to 40,000 Liverpool fans had turned up for the game either without tickets or with counterfeit tickets"

It is totally embarrassing that idiots like this individual defend the actions of the feral element of their supporters.

History has shown them to be lawless and dangerous with little thought about the their actions which then impact upon the decent and innocent football fans who simply wish to follow their team without impacting upon others.

The dipper " supporters " responsible for their crimes of trying to obtain entry by means of fake tickets , acts of violence and hooliganism have no conscience or concern for others and are the most selfish and arrogant of individuals.

But as usual they totally refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and blame anybody and everybody but themselves.

Scum is too good a word to describe them.

Serious question, have Liverpool FC ever apologised for anything,
The reason I ask is city apologised quickly twice at the end of last season, once for the "Booing" at the semi final & once for the "Attack" on the villa keeper before any proper understanding of the situations became clear,
it might seem a bit daft to apologise before knowing the facts but it does help to cover yourself & defuse the situation & it also puts the people who want to criticize the club on the back foot & I think shows a bit of class,
Would Liverpool fc not have been better issuing a statement along the lines of "were sorry if our fans have been in any way to blame but we ask for a full uefa investigation & we will be making our own enquiries"
I think its the fact that anything that ever happens with there fans, and there has been plenty over the years, is in there view 100% never there fault in any way whatsoever that really winds people up (apart from the british media obviously who back them up completely without question)

Those cnuts don't even know the meaning of the word apology. It is never their fault even when it is their fault, it's like the whole culture of that lot is based on being utterly blameless, whilst shitting on one another and blaming someone else.

Even the decent fans that buy a ticket but then miss out cos of the dicks don't speak out about them. Weird cult.

This is the reason "things" keep happening with their supporters.
They never apologise and seem to think they can do as they please.
The sense of feeling untouchable is massively helped by the media, police and politicians.
Nobody will ever call them out

Well said that man.
Does he not realise the paper decrying the French Politicians will have polar opposite political alliances and taking the piss is no different than the Daily Mirror doing the same to the likes of Dominic Cummings and Boris Johnson.

These wankers never look for balance, they just don’t ever take any blame.

As other said, no fake tickets, no dippers trying to jib in and there’s no trouble just like the Madrid end.
But 'people of France the Parisians and you at Sky are behind us."

Does he actually think the whole football world is on their side?
Sadly they appear to think that but ironically most are not. With a little more humility they may get a little more support when things go wrong, but they go into full on Uber Scouse mode at the slightest affront.
But they live in their own bubble and feel that football is not relevant without their consent or approval. They are a mass of contradictions from their whole scouse not english bollocks to their socialist football club founded by a Conservative.
Their own fans will never speak out about them through fear of reprisal and alienation.

Lots of people preferring to believe a right wing French government and it’s military police force rather than scores of independent journalists and onlookers with video evidence, just because it doesn’t suit your agenda.
The organization of this final was a shambles. It’s the authorities jobs to manage a football crowd properly; including dealing with counterfeit tickets. This doesn’t involve kettling fans who turn up 3 hours prior to kick off and indiscriminately spraying them with pepper spray.
Maybe I’m too old for this rivalry stuff…take the piss out if Liverpool because they lost 2 trophies in a week, not because 8 year old kids got kettled and pepper sprayed. Would the police have behaved any differently if City were there? They’d have employed the same tactics.
City supporters wouldn’t have shown up in such numbers without tickets, and those with tickets wouldn’t have behaved in such a way.

It would not surprise me one bit if sometime in the future they officially register their following as a type of quasi-religion. It is already a cult in all but name so taking things to the next level wouldn't be the flight of fantasy it seems.
They appear to have absolutely no moral compass: they are incapable of accepting responsibility for their actions, and their hostility to non-scousers borders on hysteria. They seem to be genuinely shocked that anybody might even consider the possibility that the troubles of the other night were caused by their own. That the disasters at Heysel, Hillsborough, and the ugly scenes in France have nothing to do with the behaviour of their fans at all.

For a person to have that sort of mindset is extremely unhealthy, to have tens of thousands of people with that mindset is beyond dangerous.

Dippers now going full victim offering counselling , legal aid with a view to compensation packages , that rabble must have cost billions in legal/court costs over the years , every time these f*ckers turn up to away games solicitors must be rubbing their hands at another potential million pound inquiry.
Why can't they be like the vast majority of football followers and abide by laws and rules , instead of causing mayhem everyhere they go , UEFA will do nothing and sadly the next time these twats go on the rampage there is every chance more innocent fans will lose their lives.
