Realistically, Declan Rice is a £40m player, tops.
Anyone who pays much more than that must be daft.
In my view, Bernardo is a £60m+ player, but we'd probably let him go for £50m (ish) if he actually wants to leave.
Barcelona are pissing in the wind if they think they'll get him on the never-never. Fraudulent club.

Bernardo has 3 years left on his contract. If Richarlison and similar dross is going for £60m from clubs who are in the bogs financially, Bernardo is easily a £80m+ player in this market, coming from a healthy mega club who don't need to sell him.

If the transfer window closed now we’d be in great shape, however as we know Sterling is likely to leave. Cucurella looks like he could sign. After that no idea what happens with Ake and Zinchenko. I’d be very surprised if Bernardo left, on the basis that Barcelona are broke and happy to deal in bullsh1t and history rather than actual funds.

I would hope if Sterling and Ake leave they would be replaced but I wouldn’t be optimistic on that front. Mainly as it’s difficult to find obvious replacements for both.
