So a lot of people thinking it's Neymar, I am a contrarian. Here is why.
1. PSG and Man City have geo-political tensions, transfer negotiations between the two never happen.
2. Neymar doesn't fit the calibre of player Pep wants in terms of attitude, there may be flexibility in play-style though.
3. The recent postings from 93.20blue link to an album called St. Jude.
4. 93.20blue said on the 30th June that Neymar rumours were nonsense.

However I do hope this move happens, even if it was 1% true.
