No we haven't. We've tried to buy him at what we consider his value to be. Unfortunately Brighton wouldn't accept that and now he's going elsewhere.Agree he's burnt bridges with Brighton and we've left him hanging.
I do trust the club, would not question them normally but it feels a bit all over the place our business this summer.
Haaland is a an incredibly good signing but then letting Jesus, Sterling, Zinchenko go is weird. They are going to be a massive miss due to their goal out put / assist out put and with Zinchenko his utility.
As now looking at our bench in the community shield there's not much experience on there or depth. The dippers bench had alot more senior experience than ours that's a worry.
If your a outsider looking in and take the blue specs off. I'd say right now we have the worst depth in the top 4 due to the academy guys being unproven. Windows not over but if we don't rectify it, it really could be a worry. Especially at full back. Plus the amount of competitions this year
