CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Barcelona cunts. We all know the cartel has been smearing the good name of Manchester City ever since we had the good fortune to receive a financial windfall.

The media & the cartel hammered and hammered the club and very nearly succeeded. All the hacks and govering bodies who investigated city at the behest of their corrupt paymasters can get fucked.

Get off your clicky bent ass and do your fucking job by looking into the shithousery tactics used against MCFC.

They genuinely tried to destroy competition and the reputation of a great club. Makes my blood boil.

Firstly, it’s a completely different board at Barca now & secondly, I think we might need the practice after last Saturday ;)
Yes I think City may have better relations with the new regime at Barca, despite the tapping up of our players etc.

I still remember a few calling me a KFA when I first shared (almost 2 years ago to the day) that I had direct info confirming Barca’s financial situation was much more dire than was being reported at the time (and had begun well before the pandemic). And that Bartomeu was an incredibly corrupt president that had been secretly working to undermine us for years.

A broken clock is correct twice a day ;)

Given the state Barcelona are in and the fact that you put 2 full stops at the end of your post I'm honestly not sure if you're making a joke or not? Genuine question BTW.
Really sorry... I remember reading this somewhere but I cannot find a source now on this so probably untrue haha

But is he going to name either participant, and is there any solid proof of who met and what was said?
Otherwise it could be just the sort of inventive narrative that usually comes in our direction, and he still calls us 'effectively state owned'...

'Effectively state owned' is at least a step up from 'state owned', small steps and all that \o/

UEFA GUY: Dont worry about City. The Investigatory chamber is already fixed. Chairman Leterme sits on the Sustainability Board at Bayern, the ex Liverpool chief exec is on it, the financial assessment is being done by a Man U director. Leterme asssures me that they will studiously ignore City’s dossier of evidence and a 2 year ban has already been agreed.
PSG is a bit more tricky as our income is almost all from a deal with Bein Sports whose president is also the President of PSG.
As for Barca, rest easy. You can do whatever you wish, we will never charge any member of the cartel.
BARCA GUY: What about CAS?
UEFA GUY: We have installed a Bayern stooge as one of the arbitrators. He will vote against City on every count. We may need some cash to swing one of the others.
BARCA GUY: Thanks bro. Let me know how much you need and we will draw it from the old G14 account.

Stefan's take (@projectriver) on it 12 months ago is in the podcast link below. If you've not heard it before it's highly recommended if you like the complex and technical! Overall it's the best coverage of this case out there from a City perspective.

i've just re-listened and it answers many of the questions often discussed on here.

Thanks for the comments. My piece for the Mail also explains the rock and a hard place nature of the situation. I wrote this a year ago and it remains valid today...

They'll keep the investigation going until they are told by the courts to end it.

That way everyone can say we were guilty, but got off on a technicality.

And no-one has to worry about that pesky evidence stuff.
No court will tell the PL to end the investigation. Not in any court's remit to do so.
