Really hope we keep him around even if we sign a more established left back.

At a time when our squad is hugely stretched, a player with his versatility is so valuable - he can play left back, left wing, right wing, pretty much any role in the midfield. He's even played right back a couple of times.

And he's a bloody good young player whose character and attitude Vinny can vouch for.

What has the price got to do with it? Do you want us to phone up Txiki and tell him to pay 30m to convince some of the fans he's a better player?

Quite intrigued to see how this plays out now. 21, has at least 3 years of senior football under his belt, all be it in inferior leagues, but still, interesting to see if he can mix it the top dogs

I agree tbf, knowing nothing about him… but it’s a possible body in, unless we send him out to CFG which would presumably mean someone else in. Cancelo and Walker and world class, so it’s only cover that we need.

Transfermarket has him valued as the 60th ranked leftback in the world by "value"
I don't see a whole lot of championship level defenders in front of him on that list...for what its worth.
