I wouldn’t be surprised if Foden gets hooked again. The replays caught Pep’s reaction when Phil shot instead of passing - he was livid and that was even whilst it was 1-0. Now that it’s 1-2 and gone to pot, it’s only going to add to Pep’s rage with him.

Need a few sessions of practicing nothing but vertical slide rule passes with soft touch. Haaland making runs that just need a little slip pass. Tough to do at full speed but why’d we buy the guy otherwise.

Dreadful, really. They’ve exposed the space out wide, but far too easy to put it all on tactics. They didn’t get a kick until we let them into it with shite, sloppy passes and play. Cancelo, Stones, Walker and Rodri the worst culprits. They then gained confidence and have been excellent. Our composure disintegrated and we were fucking awful.
Important 15 mins to get it sorted. Still back is to win.

Same things were happening in 2019 / 2020

KDB / Gundo duo in midfield, Aguero... Bernardo as RW :DDD

Same fucking mistakes over and over and over and over again..

Let's hope we will comeback somehow from this shitty situation..

We'll win this if we score our chances. Not too worried TBH. Most their chabces have been from poor passing by us. If there's been a mistake is that we didn't slowed tempo after we scored. We let them get back into the match

We were strolling this game, started fucking about, getting complacent, sloppy, picking wrong passes and now we're paying for it. Newcastle have our measure now, bullying us, terrifying us with their pace and I wouldn't be surprised if we concede a couple more. Shocking display after such a great start.

Dog shit springs to mind first rule of football match the opposing team in work rate - Harland ain’t getting a kick
