Why? There will be a job opening up at one or two big clubs at some point. I see nothing that says we wouldn’t be interested when the great man calls it a day here.

I dunno, it just feels right. An English manager with the style to get the best out of this attacking England squad.

Personally, I'd rather we go a step more experienced (and keep Pep for another five years, anyway). I'm happy for us to go for an Enrique or a Zidane, but like I said, the priority is to keep Pep at all costs for as long as humanly possible.

Agree with the last bit. Not so much the Enrique or Zidane but just my personal opinion.

Something about Potter. It’s a strange one as well because I can’t see where he’d go for that next step. I think he’s done his ground work and should get one of the top jobs after Brighton. Time will tell.

Why do football managers have such insane payout clauses in the contract?
