I'm not a big "conspiracy " person, but why would they put "Haaland's ninth goal in five games set City on their way in Spain, with the Norwegian forward tapping in from Kevin de Bruyne's superb driven cross"

Why only 5 games, why only the 9 goals ,why not the full season ,very fucking weird
Is it 9 in his last 5? Can't remember, but they still know what they're doing

Eight o’clock sport headline on BBC isn’t Chelsea’s shock defeat, nor our fine away win, it’s Celtic’s loss to Madrid. When do they ever make the headlines. Wonder if Rangers are top story tomorrow regardless of what Spuds or the wall pushers do.
I think Celtic v Real was the 5Live commentary game. Doesn't BBC Radio Scotland exist anymore?

Fair play to Robbie Savage. Impartial and when appropriate complimentary to City. Can’t ask for more.
Loved how he sneaked in the fact he'd been talking to City fans and pretty much all of them want the PL before the UCL a dig at his co-host on 606 who is obsessed about City not winning it

Remember the lockdown game v Villa at ours, when Bernardo came back from an offside position, robbed Mings then we scored? The media wanted that goal disallowed, so PGMOL changed the interpretation of the law to rule out goals where someone had come back from an offside position.

When Coutinho does exactly that, and a goal against us is ruled out, the media scream that it's unfair and the law is wrong, totally forgetting they screamed exactly the opposite a couple of years ago.
39 likes to a post that didn’t reference Coutinho not actually being offside.

Does truth even matter anymore?

I am amused every Saturday when the BBC list the Scottish PL as No2 in the pecking order in their Scores and Fixtures List, ahead of the Championship. I can't see either Celtic or Rangers winning the Championship if they were ever allowed to compete in England.

I'd like to know how players they think could have reached that "tap in" let alone been in a position to attempt it in the first place.

Rag central accurate as usual in their match report
Haaland's ninth goal in five games set City on their way in Spain, with the Norwegian forward tapping in from Kevin de Bruyne's superb driven cross.
Then ends with
The forward maintained his incredible start to his City career as he knocked in goals 11 and 12 from his eight appearances for the club.
Thought it was 12 in 7 ? And the 9 in 5 doesn't make sense and why are they are so obsessed with how many touches he has ?
Both his finishes were from no more than eight yards out, again underlining his capacity to operate with clinical efficiency from a limited number of touches (19),
Just be grateful they didn't include the Barcelona game.

Yeah, for an area with a population of half that of London they get a disproportionate amount of billing. They even report the scores for Celtic B ffs.
More fans attend games in London than in Scotland but more Scottish clubs are reported.

Just enjoying the bitterness of the heavily skewed thumbs up/down ratios on the bbc football page. Check the numbers on all the positive City and Haaland posts this morning.

Drink it in, blues.

Ian Darke was asked (just after our takeover), “what would you like to see happen this season?” His answer should have been a positive comment about his team Portsmouth but he said “Man City to be relegated”
Ian Darke is an absolute shithouse when it comes to us. BT have changed their tune sharpish. Never forget just how blatantly they were anti City in the past. It was off the scale.
