Yes. Only the scorer handling it immediately before scoring rules a goal out in the PL, any handball from the attacking team in the build up to a goal rules the goal out in the CL.

This is incorrect.

These are the current rules being used in the CL.

As confirmed on Paramount+ plus coverage by their current IFAB certified official and rules expert a few minutes ago, in order for Mahrez’s handball to rule out Rodri’s goal the referee had to deem it as intentional (unintentional handball in the build up is no longer grounds to disallow).

The more I see it, the more I think it's a yellow. The actual foul comes when he pulls his arm back, at which point the ball has already run past.

It looked like their arms were tangled together. To me it’s a 50/50 no call. The ref is atrocious

We could have got decent money this summer and chucked it at someone else or kept Jesus and Zin for improved terms.

The deal means Mahrez is with us until the end of his career.

Both Sterling and Jesus wanted out despite playing more than Mahrez last season. Mahrez couldn’t wait to sign that deal. That told me everything i needed to know. Easy street.
