You charge with multiple murders. You aint getting bailI’m not a legal expert but noticed she was kept behind bars for the entire time she awaited trial. Is that because they think they have a tight case or in case anything happened to her on the outside?
Think the vast majority of murder suspects awaiting their trial are kept on remand.I’m not a legal expert but noticed she was kept behind bars for the entire time she awaited trial. Is that because they think they have a tight case or in case anything happened to her on the outside?
I went to a nurses do years ago and got of with some nurse she took me back to her residenence behind nmgh. Got in the room and she wanted me to punch her and strangle her when having sex. I fucking legged it. Each to your own but it freak me right out. I could not get my undies back on quick enoughI went out with a mental health nurse many years ago. I reckon she was loonier than her patients.
Have to say, I’m intrigued to hear what line her defence is going to take. The allegations sound appalling.
Scousers don’t even face a trialYou charge with multiple murders. You aint getting bail
Oh they do. I know enough of the feckersScousers don’t even face a trial
Probably. That might be able to be applied in some instances, but when the doctor enters the room and sees her standing doing nothing and not alerting anyone, then it's stretching the imagination too far.I’d imagine they’re going to say - coincidence, could have been anyone, nobody can confirm they 100% saw anything etc.
Custody time limits have pretty much gone out of the window since Covid.I’m not a legal expert but noticed she was kept behind bars for the entire time she awaited trial. Is that because they think they have a tight case or in case anything happened to her on the outside?
There is a rebuttable presumption against bail on a murder charge. Only real exceptions are crimes of significant antiquity, especially where the defendant is elderly.Think the vast majority of murder suspects awaiting their trial are kept on remand.
There are some crimes that are beyond my comprehension.
This is definitely one of them.
It has to be life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.
I was married to a CBT therapist for 10 years and she was as cold as a witches tit in a brass bra and totally fucking ruthless to boot. I also worked in a mental health hospital and the vast majority of the staff were a strange bunch.I've known a CBT therapist,(not cock and ball torture) and can confirm mental health workers are not without their own problems
