Not they haven’t, I’ve seen the X-ray, the ball part isn’t attached to the bone, it’s a bit of a mess

Sounds like the whole replacement is the better option lovely , be cool actually , leg cant be broken as you would have been told by now , bit of good news there hopefully x

They still think it’s broken just waiting to get a ct scan to confirm it, only half a shoulder replacement just the ball not the socket x

I was told my options were surgery or wait and i was too young for a replacement , that was five years ago though lol, glad you are getting sorted finally , how long are you staying in the care home for ? Sounds quite nice from what you say , anywhere that gives you cake is alright in my book, ha

I’m guessing about 6 weeks, they couldn’t pin it and thought just leaving it would cause complications down the line, it’s not bad here but not being able to walk is a pain x

Just seen the consultant they’re booking me in for shoulder replacement surgery it’s too fucked to pin, still waiting for a scan on my leg

Ouch. Mrs MB will need one of them at some point as she has a lot of issues with her shoulders. Her consultant said to wait until she was gone 60 as they last about 20 years.

They’re saying 2-3 weeks but I’m still waiting for a scan on my leg after 3 weeks so I’m not holding my breath.

2-3 is fairly quick. Get ahead of the covid cancellations. You must be in agony though mate so it’ll feel ages.

The pains only bad if I move anything, my legs probably worse tbh.

Looks like I’m getting a CT scan on my leg this Friday only 4 weeks since I broke it :-)

Scan moved back to Monday shoulder operation booked in for a week on Monday so things are moving :-)

Had by CT scan leg is definitely broken they’re not doing anything until I see my consultant next week though, everything in place for the op though x

One thing I’ve noticed, now I’m in a wheelchair people treat me like I’m a simpleton, understandable if you know me I suppose but it’s starting to really piss me off.
