Goldbridge picked the one set of fans he could milk. He has gone from spouting crap in his box room at his mums to spouting crap on Talkshite and Sky. Fair play to the lad.

But he can't be happy. He will receive abuse whenever he goes out which some what restricts his life. He also earns his keep for being a clown / jester. There are more dignified ways to earn money so deep down he must hate it. No pride what so ever.

I imagine Goldbridge makes decent revenue from his YT channel but deep down I reckon it hurts him to be called a nonce daily and that he is also a plastic fan who has never set foot in the ground. He is a complete loser.

The demise of the rags is paying his mortgage, if they were sweeping all before them no one would tune in to watch his melt downs.

Women are sliding up and down poles (so I'm told) and playing hide the cucumber on cams (is what my mate said)

Without wanted to sound contrary I think these ratings tend to given out on how a player performed compared to expectations. An average DeBruyne performance might only get a 7/10 because it’s average by his standards. Whereas if a run of the mill player put in a similar display it would be extraordinarily for him and he’d get a 9 or 10. If you gave DeBruyne 9s and 10s every week for a normal DeBruyne performance, you’d have no way of distinguishing it from a brilliant performance by his high standards.

It's simple - he knows sucking up to the Rags, slagging of City gets him clicks and views, which on YT means more money.
The problem I have is that partisan presenters like him should not be given a soapbox on a national radio station to spout their biased bullshit... I see that Chelsea nobhead Rory was on Talkshite recently too - they really are getting desperate, scraping the bottom of the barrel like that.

Manchester City report club record revenues of £613m​

City's success has not come without controversy.

In 2020, they were successful in their appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport after initially being found guilty of serious financial fair play breaches by Uefa's Club Financial Control Body.

The Premier League's own long-running investigation into the club's financial fair play submissions is noted within the club's financial report.
