Been way off it, the pressing has been piss poor, and why is Pickford kicking every GK long, are we really that scared to try and beat the yank press.
 
Obviously, the US have played for a tight game off the first results.

If England change mount and Sterling they ll rip the US to shreds.

They ll be confident to come at you in the 2nd half after the 1st,playing so well (better of the two).

England can easily sucker punch them as the 2nd half is more open.
 
I gotta say I expected more from yuse guys.

You sound like the England midfield, they’ve decided to skip the group stages too
 
When City pass around the back, you feel like there’s a build up happening. You can see where we are trying to get to, how we’re moving them about.

England pass around at the back because most of the players are shit scared of being on the ball if there’s an opponent within 10 metres of them. It’s our comfort zone back there. We pass there because we’re scared to play with any personality. Then when we get bored of that we do the classic English lump down the channel, lose it and retreat into our block. It’s turgid.

Trippier is incredibly fortunate not to be in the book, Stones is being left to do most of the defending, Mount is an absolute waste of a starting spot when we aren’t steamrolling the opposition, and I have no idea why Southgate chose to shackle arguably to best player he put out to start the match (is he 20 yet?).

Southgate continues to baffle and frustrate in equal measure.

Perfect game for bellingham to dominate the midfield but hes told to defend first.
 
Think the media should slag them after a win instead of lauding them from the rooftops.
That way they might try a little harder instead of just showing up and believing the hype

On this showing I would put any money on it. Kiefer Moore might get his dream yet, putting England out of the world cup.
