This is piss poor. What the fuck are we doing?
We can't put 2 passes together.
Wank by our standards.
Walker is not a centre half and never will be.

Scary to see the lack of depth in the squad. Take a few of our key players out and look a completely different team. The whole performance can’t be blamed on a full back playing centre half

Pep taking the fucking piss with that line up.

it has nothing about it....like a bunch of bastard strangers......no rhythm,no conviction and no authority.

As soon as i saw that 'defence' 1 centre half 1 full back and a couple of wing backs at best........the current predicament was obvious.

He should have sent the EDS if he was going to play the ****.

Cancelo - discuss!!
Just out of form. He’s a cracking player, just a bit streaky in form at times. He’s had spells like this even when he’s made the team of the season, then he turns it around and is mint for four months.

These players out there were playing for a semi final spot, and the possibility of giving pep a headache in the up and coming games I can’t even single out one who has been even average so far.

I was concerned with this game before with its closeness to the Derby and United having an easier fixture with a longer rest until the game. Clearly Pep was worried about this and it has resulted quite frankly in a disastrous start to this game. Southampton are at home and are clearly up for this game and fair dos to them. Now Pep has a big problem, does he persist with this lineup and thus quite likely go out of the tournament? Or does he bring on the big guns to chase the game and risk impacting our performance on Saturday?

I wouldn't bother bringing the big guns if we're still two down, not worth the risk. Better to write this one off possibly.
