Yes,i agree,as i have stated in other comments on this and other threads.

He also needs to learn how to retain the ball,be stronger in the challenge,and be more aggressive.....so,if that doesnt involve putting a bit more size on,whats the answer?

Most players bulk up naturally , but you dont have to be the biggest to be strong , Sterling is a prime example he is strong as a Ox and hardly ever gets knocked off the ball , Phil will pick up more stength and guile , at 22 years old ,he's still got a lot to learn , as you say he is the academy poster boy and that is extra pressure.
We are lucky we have Pep guiding him , there is no one better.

They’re all at it… I don’t just mean City players, I mean footballers in general. Even ones you’d never expect it of.

The whole culture of their lives is completely different to normal society. The wives know what goes on and they just accept it as part of the wider lifestyle that comes with the money.

I used to know that brass who Balotelli and Rooney shagged, she’s had loads of footballers, most are married.

I know someone who worked at City for twelve years and she thinks that Nedum Onuoha was possibly the only one in her time at the club who hadn’t cheated on his missus.

My brother-in-law’s sister has had a few relations with footy players n’all… all married.
