Everyone and their mother knows Dias and Laporte are better in almost every way compared to Ake and Akanji. It's clear that there's been a lot going on behind the scenes if Pep prefers them in a big game like this.

Dias can't push up like Akanji or Ake does. He's uncomfortable with it.

He’s coming back from an injury where he had a slight set back after coming on for fifteen minutes a few weeks ago.

Walker in CB against Kane worries me. He’s clever up top rather than fast or strong, Walker’s weakness.

Walker does have a tendency to allow people to run off the back of him & get a header in, hopefully Kane plods about in midfield

Fuck me theres some right whinging fuckers on here today.

It’s not far off match day thread bad.

I assume the formation will be a back 3 when we’re in possession with Rico inverting.

I’m quite excited to see us today, people have been complaining that we’ve had a lack of pace/energy recently. Walker, Bernie and Alvarez should address that.

Hoping for a really dynamic attacking performance where the big lad gets a good few decent opportunities.

Very strong bench to utilise if required.

without a doubt but he does seem to have an issue with that hamstring. last year he came back for Brighton i think after ages out and then was injured again a couple games later. I think laportes the odd one but then against spurs kane always takes him for a walk about
