on the whole I'm happy enough we Have Ederson because he suits out of style.

He has quite a lot of critics on here but nobody seems to come forward with a better answer that Eddie provides or will provide should he be sold or dropped.

I recognise his shot stopping weaknesses but name me a better keeper that would improve on how we play ?
Not many around right now but let's not forget that Ederson's keeping credentials are proven in this league, and that's why his occasional fuck ups can be forgiven, IMO.

That's not luck, that's goal keeping. What you call luck was actually his natural goal keeping instincts coming alive. Great shot stoppers make saves with every part of their body
 
Right I’m flapping here I know but my patience has just about worn out now. When you cannot make simple saves in matches your footwork is irrelevant as you become the new Bravo in front of goal.
Kane scuffed that shot and that goal was gifted.
 
The thing is, he’s a liability (not overreacting) when teams shoot at us and he’s not offering anything extraordinary (anymore) with his feet that Ortega can’t do.

If KDB is droppable, Ederson is.
 
lost any faith in him. he still has some standout saves in his repertoire but whenever someone shoots at him I dont expect him to save it. dont think anything wil happen in regards to the gk situation as long as pep is here though.. kinda accepted that we have a below par keeper. grew up with the likes of kahn...

being able to pass shouldnt be the standout talent for any keeper, whatever team they play for.
 
If he saved that Kane shot I think due to how we were playing at the start we would have won, small margins Kane scuffed the shot and it did Eddie.
