We should inform them we intend to sue for defamation, loss of revenue and restrictions of trade if found innocent - a fight to the death this. Give them something to worry about too.
We will get fucking 10 this timeHope we don't have to replay the 6-1
This could take years to progress through the courts. I am assuming any punishments due will be deferred until all appeals have been exhausted.
It could be that we didn't comply originally and then sent the information later. Would still be a breach just not a serious one. This is the one that is at odds with Citys statement. If the PL have asked for something and we haven’t given it them (for whatever reason) we must know that a charge for non-compliance is coming our way. How the frig are we “surprised” if we haven’t complied 30 times?
What's Nicky Weaver up to these days?We will be fine if he doesn’t there’s always Frank Clarke
If we have to replay games can we replay the derby where we were 2 up to win the league at the swamp but then lost 3-2?
Still angry about that.
What worries me, is that the PL like everyone else saw UEFA get bent over by us as CAS. They do not want to be in the same situation and therefore have they taken 4 years to do a proper job and make sure that at least some of this sticks? Not having CAS will mean we can go to law and let the courts decide
You find it bizarre and are calling for resignations for something thats unproven? that what I find bizarre
Its taken the EPL 4 years to come up with these charges if there was anything substantial it wouldn't have taken that long
Yeah my scouse supporting mates have been quiet all weekend - until this kicked off. Put them back in their box.Hey, the Dippers lost 3–0 to Wolves. Sorry to drag football onto this site.
In the hope something sticks ?It could be that we didn't comply originally and then sent the information later. Would still be a breach just not a serious one.
It does seem like the PL are chucking everything and the kitchen sink in with this one.
The club statement language is heavily weighted towards that isn't it.Whatever Kaz. This isn't twitter. City will take it to the higher courts if they feel the judgement hasn't been impartial.
