PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I thought id come of the majority of social media as the hypocrisy was driving me crackers. At the end of the day, i get it football is tribal and opposition fans love to stick the boot in, but my o my there are some mentally stagnant runts out there. Anyways - i highly recommend this action to fellow blues - i feel liberated, less tetchy and, according to MrS Gringo, bearable. High praise indeed .

I would really like to know exactly what what his evidence was and how he explained the context of the emails.

I fear you may have hit the nail on the head and this will hold the key to the whole case. I doubt the PL would take 4 years to investigate without obtaining more damning material.

But then isn't all the Der Spiegel stuff already public, so in essence the club already know about that?

As a fan of another team, I find this very interesting. But what strikes me after reading a lot of this thread is that there's a lot of blame-game going on here. I've read a lot of blame towards other clubs, the FA and PL, but very few, if any, are talking about the real case and the substance in the accusations. If there's done something wrong, which the enquiry will find out, surely there has to be consequences?
fuck off

Do any of you think City will employee the same barristers and lawyers who won at CAS?

Wouldn’t it make sense to go with the same team again as they have inside knowledge from the UEFA case against City that would probably overlap to the PL case against City. They would know straightaway and pick out anything that is different from the UEFA case and could cause us problems from the PL case.

Proper media pile on now, we are the new click bait. One paper is even listing our starting 11 the last time we were in the championship. There's going to be some serious egg on faces once we win this. I actually think this will inspire us to win fucking everything. Whilst everyone accuses us of buying success they forget we are a well run club doing good for the community, running a sustainable transfer policy and we just buy better.

The bitterness from the rags and dippers is what is driving this, how can they get top dollar for their club if City are winning everything. They are self entitled piles of shit which will be destroyed. I hope we drag this out and spend 300m over the summer. Fuck the rags and fuck the establishment. You cannot beat us....

Fuckin spurs lol

City's responses, leaks about being confident and talks of pushing ahead with transfer plans are very interesting. You'd have to think the senior figures are either very confident, great at bluffing or are fantastic at hiding misdemeanours (to an extent that they can be alleged but not proven past a threshold).

Long overdue but we should start barring people from the PL and Media from our Club, or at the very least give them no hospitality at all when they are there.

On a sad note just returned from my neighbours funeral, a life long Blue who sold programmes outside Maine Road. A beautiful message from the Club was read out and a shirt signed by Kevin de Bruyne drapped the coffin.

Well done MCFC.

depends who is injured or not. Although it may be a problem if any of the team are suspended

Yes.

What most of are saying is, if not (which is naturally what we expect), shouldn't all the whiny grassing cunts from clubs like yours be forced to apologise for slander?
