Hi, new poster here asking an ignorant question lol, what does this thread mean? I’m assuming it’s quiet, too quiet, but in a good way for City in regards to a couple targets and something is gonna happen soon. Am I way off base with that?

Welcome to the Forum. Strictly between us, the OP @tolmie's hairdoo is a Club appointed role implemented following the LFC hacking scandal. His job is to post hints about potential City transfer targets for the watching LFC scouts (plus also rags and moronic journo's) who, once they have puzzled it out, try and muscle-in and change the players mind through creative inducements (eg piano lessons for Alex "Steinway"" Sanchez). But this is known only to a few people (aka "ITK's"), so as to protect the integrity of City's systems.
