Appreciate the CGI’s aren’t that great, and future ones will have much more detail.

2nd minor complaint after the blank wall. Sorry City. I do love the overall proposal like everyone else.

The hotel worries me, even though the CGI doesn’t show much.

It reminds me of a Premier Inn. Flat roof, loads of windows close together, pretty boring and bog standard.

This doesn't have the feel of a club worried about the PL charges :)

More likely some other clubs got wind of our plans & are worried, hence the charges? ;)

Got to be along the lines of a Vegas hotel, hundreds of if not thousands of rooms, anything like that Premier Inn would be a total waste, the only reason anyone would stay there is because it's close to the destination, it needs to be the destination.

Probably the one thing they could do to actually make stadium access/egress even slower. There's a multi stroey near the Lowry Theatre (which holds about 1000 people) and that can take an hour after a show.

But ain’t it set up so you can stay at hotel and walk to your seat without going outside and getting your hair wet?
So they can sell packages bed/food/seat

If we were able to build a bridge from Blue car park to Bradford Rd, you would then have 3 directions of travel - north & south via AT Way, and west via Bradford Rd.
The reason I stopped parking on Blue CP was due to the bottleneck created at the Forge Lane exit.
