I am fully paid up member of the mental illness club , just put my citalopram up to max dose after realising my anxiety was out of control again , didnt even need to ask the dr , taking as much control as possible is key to managing it

Any help i can give will be gladly given , i wont even charge x

@Sir peace frog are you saying Mr Holdalls posts are a result of mental illness so not in fact genuine ? Fuck, now I'll never know what the internationally accepted weight is for light or medium chains with which to skip.
