Well it was mentioned elsewhere that the investigation was already underway, but the PL have said nothing about it.

I saw articles from February 2023 saying the PL declined to respond when asked about the anomaly.

Evidently they're aware of the issue, but I found it very odd that the PL declined to even confirm if there was an investigation ongoing or not.

Contrast that to the way they've come at City? :-/

Masters was third on the list to be chosen the first two candidates offered the job turn it down as both hinted that some clubs held two much power !!! Wonder who the hell they could be ! Common denominator might me those with American owners!

There is plenty of historical evidence how competitors maneuvered their employees into positions of influence to target rules at MCFC. Just read the comments from Gill ex MUFC
CEO as he takes up his new exciting role in UEFA. In hindsight its so obvious what his intentions were - he says "Just let me make up the new rules I KNOW what is needed" ...

So let me get this right
We're being charged because we're alleged to have paid Mancini 2 contracts & image rights off the books yet Chelsea have allegedly circumvented ffp by paying Vitese secretly for youth players & nothing will happen. Abramovich probably has still got the dirt on the EPL.

A positive way of looking at this is that there is nothing for the PL "to spill" because they have got little or no evidence. It has been speculated that the PL would not be so stupid as to lay 100 plus charges against City with "no evidence." But watching Masters' performace yesterday suggests he may be more stupid than anyone has realised. It has been suggested that he was appointed as a "puppet" for LFC and MUFC...and yesterday he behaved like one. I know who I would back in a shoot-out between Masters and Khaldoon.
