If it's Manchester City v Liverpool for Jude Bellingham then 'dispassionate' follows Haaland
Jude Bellingham is calm, mature, intelligent and entirely focused. He is also logical, which would rule out Liverpool.www.football365.com
Thought it was a decent article, saying what many have said in here. If you read the whole thing it isn't a poor comparison as it points out that wasn't the reason Haaland joined us, he joined because they had a scoring system and we were the best team for him.If it’s Manchester City v Liverpool for Jude Bellingham then ‘dispassionate’ follows Haaland
Seems a poor comparison given Haaland joined his (mainly) boyhood team, just like what they’re hoping Bellingham will.
Apart from that, a pathetic, desperate article imo.
I’ve read it twice now so you’ll have to point out exactly where it says that mate.Thought it was a decent article, saying what many have said in here. If you read the whole thing it isn't a poor comparison as it points out that wasn't the reason Haaland joined us, he joined because they had a scoring system and we were the best team for him.
Also in his circle is Erling Haaland, former Borussia Dortmund teammate and pretty much the epitome of clear-headed decision-making on and off the pitch. We can almost hear him laughing at the notion that Bellingham would choose Liverpool because of emotion and the opportunity to be an inspirational captain like Gerrard,I’ve read it twice now so you’ll have to point out exactly where it says that mate.
Besides the fact I was taking about that particular headline, doesn’t logically follow with regards to Haaland for me.
Ah ok, see what you’re saying now, still stand by my initial post though.
Agreed. The article was clearly stating that if Bellingham the man is anything like how he plays his football & talks off camera, history & following his hero Gerrard in heading up a new Scouse project won't sway him from choosing what club is best for his career prospects now, which is fair comment.Thought it was a decent article, saying what many have said in here. See my edit , misread what you’d put .Also in his circle is Erling Haaland, former Borussia Dortmund teammate and pretty much the epitome of clear-headed decision-making on and off the pitch. We can almost hear him laughing at the notion that Bellingham would choose Liverpool because of emotion and the opportunity to be an inspirational captain like Gerrard,
Remember Papa Haaland and his list: “On our list, I think City is the best team. Munich is number two. We have Real Madrid as number three, Paris Saint-Germain as number four. We also have some English teams other than City who are quite good…Liverpool and Chelsea. Also, there is Barcelona. They are sort of in the same row.”
As above mate.Agreed. The article was clearly stating that if Bellingham is anything like he plays his football & talks off camera, history & following his hero Gerrard in heading up a new Scouse project, won't sway him from choosing what club is best for his career prospects now which is fair comment.
I suppose where Haaland comes into it is City may have been his boyhood club, but he didn't join us solely for that reason. It wouldn't have done us any harm, but Haaland came here because we offered him the best career progression path.
Mate, do what I do & take it all with a pinch of salt. I'm still trying to get over us not getting RVP, Hazard, Isco & Sanchez x 2! :-)See my edit , misread what you’d put .
As above mate.
I just see it as another sad article to add to the list of wanting Bellingham to go to Liverpool, or at least anywhere but us.
Oh I do mate, I’m just bored of the narrative with this one, it just comes across as them desperately willing it to happen, the article doesn’t add anything that hasn’t already been said hence my original comment (with you on RVP and Hazard though).Mate, do what I do & take it all with a pinch of salt. I'm still trying to get over us not getting RVP, Hazard, Isco & Sanchez x 2! :-)
Can't see it as that at all when I read it, think you are reading into it what you expected the article to be saying.See my edit , misread what you’d put .
As above mate.

No not at all, you’ve said yourself they’re even points already raised on here, add that to numerous pieces on the subject across the internet, it adds nothing insightful that I’ve not read or heard numerous times before. Can't see it as that at all when I read it, think you are reading into it what you expected the article to be saying.
It adds nothing to what's been posted in here numerous times that's true. What I haven't seen before is any article in the media spelling out why he would / should choose City over liverpool, this article does just that. That's the first time I've seen that.No not at all, you’ve said yourself they’re even points already raised on here, add that to numerous pieces on the subject across the internet, it adds nothing insightful that I’ve not read or heard numerous times before.
Off hand I can’t remember the word ‘dispassionately’ or ‘dispassionate’ being used either, I’ll give you that much.It adds nothing to what's been posted in here numerous times that's true. What I haven't seen before is any article in the media spelling out why he would / should choose City over liverpool, this article does just that. That's the first time I've seen that.
This guy talks an incredible amount of shit.So according to Craig, City are n't a good fit for Bellingham. So playing and developing his game under one of the best club coaches in the world won't appeal to him. Not forgetting he would be joining the most successful club in the PL over the last 5 years. Craig you don't know what you are talking about.
Er, how is it wanting him to go to Liverpool? That's a really weird interpretation of a piece that suggests a sensible footballer would choose City.See my edit , misread what you’d put .
As above mate.

Because it’s laced with negativity ?Er, how is it wanting him to go to Liverpool? That's a really weird interpretation of a piece that suggests a sensible footballer would choose City.
Seems a coherent and positive article to me.Because it’s laced with negativity ?
