I didn't know what to make of Sheffield United. Were pretty solid and full of energy in the first half, but from the very start of the second half they were utter shite. I know it is easy to say we knackered them out but they just appeared clueless in the second half. Was hard to judge.

Pretty straight forward......great save by Ortega in the first minute...saved a lot of legs as if we had gone 1-0 down we would have had a hard time breaking them down...as it was after that they posed zero threat.

Thought this game showed the difference our fullbacks make....as much as I really like wlker as a defender, his passing at times is too forced and he gives the ball away. Gomez looked shakey defensively and i thought his decision making with the ball at his feet was a yd off the pace....both of these things effected our build up

The rest of the team were really solid and we clearly playing a few gears lower than they usually do aand saving something for Wednesday

Hope Brighton win tomorrow...they are the better team but facing utd in a cup final just spoils the day for me....just hating them so much takes over the occasion.

I want Brighton. It'll save me £200. Madrid semi and Istanbul final will cost 1500. I won't go to the final unless its united so will be 200 saved if Brighton win
