Staying in the suburbs wouldn’t be too much of an issue and convoluted flights to try and beat the system will be the order. Barton aerodrome to Norwich to Rotterdam etc etc

If we have 20k tickets I’d expect them to go way below the level of people on the cup scheme. Because of the transport limitations (which was the point of my post) I’d expect them to go to at least Citizens member.
