Quite seriously, a good bowel movement. I feel so good afterwards, both physically and mentally. No having to strain, no liquefaction, everything working well and a deep satisfaction ensuing. Puts a smile on my face (which not many things do)

Also, siting down at home on a damp and chilly afternoon with my favourite mug full of hot tea plus a plate of grilled buttered crumpet and the little woman's home-made cake. (Yes, I do have a ranking order of preference for my tea-mugs. Doesn't everybody?)
