This lot are not a good football team. Being perfectly frank we've had tougher challenges against teams like Fulham. It's no surprise to me they have no chance of winning their league. They just seem to score 50% of their shots on goal against us, it's ridiculous... like some kind of hex.

We just need to stay in the game for the next 45 minutes. Don't concede another, push for an equaliser but if it doesn't come let's take it back home and try to batter them there.

Thought we played alright, and largely controlled the game and felt our way into it

Just need Kev to get a bit more in the game and for Jack to attack Carvajal in the 2nd half

Hopefully we'll knick a goal but 1-0 wouldn't be too much of a nightmare

Thought we started pretty well for the first 20 minutes or so, but have been a bit of the pace since. Not really posing a threat going forward, and given possession away cheaply a few times. Just need to compose ourselves and stay in the tie. Not being helped by some poor officiating and usual shithousery from Madrid, but we need to up our game here.

An actual midfield would make a difference, Rodri and Gundogan are too deep and too far forward respectively when we have the ball, then we're wide open when we inevitably lose it because we've no options

And pace is needed on the wing too,there is no point of bernardo on the left wing if madrid plays like that ,he had no chance of catching camavinga or getting past him.
