Next season's league positions

No idea except us, what I do know will happen is one or two teams don’t know which will spend in the summer and everyone will think they are going to be a threat next season then it will turn out they didn’t spend that well and they’ll struggle. Happens every summer/ season.

Chelsea will probably be in the top four, maybe just in 4th. Pochettino managed to get Spurs into the top four quite consistently, and while there is a gap and there will be teething problems, he knows the League and he still has some good players at his disposal. Without European distractions, they might just surprise some.
I agree. Chelsea have obviously been a disaster this season, but if they can thin out that insane squad they'll be up there. They're bringing in a decent manager, and they've got such a huge squad that you assume he'll be able to get a core of players he wants to be able to play his style and then ditch the rest.

One will be the rags.

City (for a record breaking four in a row)
Liverpool (they’ll be better next season, they often fluctuate up and down between title challenges and nowt)
Newcastle (signed well this season and will again this Summer)
Brighton (cracking manager and are great at recruiting)

Far too early to predict really -eg if the Scum get Kane that’s Spuds down and the Scum for example

The rags have had some dubious decisions go there way this season, whoever buys the club will be like starting again and might even want their own manager which seems to happen when a new owner comes in so for that reason I’m going
1 City
2 Chelsea
3 Newcastle
4 Inhaler F C
5
6
7 Rags

City
Chelsea
Dippers
Arsenal
Newcastle
Sixthchester

I’m pretty close to this but would be surprised if Pochettino really hits the ground running so if Klopp gets good signings they’ll be second.

Newcastle will regress balancing CL and League and have to try in the cups.

Arsenal might drop back more than you think.

We'll only be the 5th team ever to win 3 in a row (6 times it's been done as the rags did it twice).
And the third time 5 out of 6 will have been done following Liverpool 1978-84 and United 1995-2001.

Edit: Assuming we don’t lose the next 3 games whilst Arsenal win both of there’s!

Can’t see anyone bar City getting close to 90 points. So if we can do that yet again, I think we’ll piss it and the others will be fighting it out for European places.

It’s almost plucking names out of a hat without knowing what squads and even managers everyone will be starting with. But if I was pushed I’d probably guess at:

City
Chelsea
Liverpool
Arsenal

City
United
Liverpool
Arsenal
Chelsea
Newcastle
Villa

Spurs to lose Kane and finish firmly mid-table. Brighton will lose the likes of Mac Allister, Caicedo and Mitoma and have to play in Europe, so expect them to slide a little.

Bournemouth, Sheffield United and whoever wins the play-offs to go down.
