Awesome first half performance and we even managed to take our foot off the pedal once 2-0 up...if we had gone for it in the first half it would have been a rout before half time

last 15 mins was a training match thats how good we were......

Bernardo SIlva - MOTM even without his goals....back 4 immense and a special mention of Kyle Walker as i think that was his best game ever in a city shirt.

Onto Chelsea.....just hope we can get it wrapped up at weekend......takes a bit of the pressure off

I say it every time. If it's a big game against a tough opponent, Bernardo starts every time.

Some TV commentators had said that actually.
That it's City's $$$$$$ that makes this, by e.g having Alvarez the world cup 4 goals Alvarez come as a substitute, means that City bought every great player available, have 22 equal top class and very expensive players etc etc.
I mean it's such a huge disgusting propaganda.
 
Said this on the match thread towards the end -

Watching the game in a bar in Rome. There’s a few Madrid and Barca fans in here. The Barca fans have just been chucked out for slapping their hands on the Madrid fans heads like they are bongoes.

I’m still gutted I’m not at the game but it’s been an amusing alternative at least!
