Way too expensive for me
Though I didn't expect it to be reasonably priced
I will either watch at home via BT you tube stream or head up to Denton

Can your Mrs not go to the gig with a friend? I’ve just randomly remembered taking my friend’s now wife to Marilyn Manson at the MEN because he fell ill. She was from Crewe and didn’t know many people.

Taking your friend’s other half out requires trust and real effort from me. I hate MM and it was dreadful.
 
Not going to old to brave mad trip to Istanbul and my Missus not in the best of health. My much younger brother has booked his flights and digs, talking about it to him yesterday sooo jealous, hope all blues going have the best trip ever. Give them a cheer from me.
 
My hip is fucked atm (and I mean hella fucked). Had to cancel the family holiday to Tunisia. I can’t walk or even sit comfortably. No way I could be on a plane, and probably not a good idea to be totally immobile in a foreign country.

So guess I’ll watch it at home with some falafel, lamb kebabs and baklava. I’ll make a bit of an event of it with the wife.

Hope the blues that do go stay safe and have a great time!
 
If I can get one of the cheaper tickets (the 70euro and 180euro ones) within the next week then I will go but If I can't I will watch from home. I'll save lots of money

Wish I was.
But no a chance I can justify spending a grand on a game.
Plus I've not holidays left from work .
So that's another couple of days of work.
That's another 500 .
And I fucking hate uefa
 
Cost is extortionate but the fucking around is putting me off more than anything, 4.5 hour flight, maybe more if you don't go direct

10pm kick off 20km outside Istanbul

Probably watch it in Second City maybe head to Abel Heywood afterward usually a good atmosphere
 
have the points but only have the time for the day trip so anxiously waited for it, cannot justify that price of £1000, weighed the cost and it would be the price of my season ticket + 10 away PL tickets, so can't justify that cost

This was me 10 years ago, once the new hip was installed and the muscles around it have grown back it really does give you a new leese of life. Like yourself I'm struggling health wise so I will just watch it at home maybe with my son. I hope the blues that do go keep themselves safe and enjoy it. Oh to be 23 again, no cares or responsibilities, wife, mortgage earning good money I'd have been there in a flash.
