PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Bar Pochettino , tbh I'm also struggling thinking properly about it, they're an FA Cup club, did okay in Europe early 80's.
To do is to dare-where the fuck has that title come from!

Simples. It's Latin.

Todo means all
Todare means failure.

All is failure = Spursey.

(I made the second one up. So sue me)

Who works out if a sponsorship is correct ? The American owners ?

The same American owners of utd who's shirt sponsor went bust
Maybe it's their previous American sponsors (Chevrolet) who fired the guy that negotiated their previous sponsorship deal as that was also overinflated?
It could even be Red Dippers whose main sponsor has been fined billions of pounds for laundering money on behalf of terrorists.
Perhaps it's the individual who agreed the deal worth tens of millions of pounds a year for The Tarquins with the Rwandan government to have "Visit Rwanda" plastered on their shirt sleeves, the same Rwandan government who happen to receive tens of millions of pounds of International Aid from the UK Government via the taxpayer.

Certainly not from the Champions league final.
Frozen rabbits in headlights springs to mind

It's the English translation of the latin phrase they used to have on their club badge, Audere Est Facere.

State sponsored by Rwanda

If the Levy thing is true and I don't doubt it at all - what does that say about the PL - being bullied by one of their less successful members to try to bring down the club that has provided the largest contribution to their product. I can't get my head around why any sensible organisation would do that. It seems to suggest to me that they have no long-term strategy. An organisation that was in touch with the market would see the long term benefits of City becoming more and more attractive. The failure to understand the changing nature of their commercial environment will threaten their future and they have all sorts of things to fear like the super league and more fans realising that they are backing losers (redtops) - or am I putting too much faith in people being able to comprehend what is going on?
Have to agree on the levy thing, what actual power does this weasel hold,I’d totally get it if his team were up challenging for trophies, but no disrespect he’s as about important as chairmen in teams in Outer Mongolia,if he is welding any sort of influence it’s absolutely staggering ..

I'm tired of Simon Jordan's constant negative comments, attack on Manchester City, and most recently on Pep for the asking to speed up the legal process.

I have listened to him more than once; he argues that Manchester City had previously been convicted in 2014 and paid a 60m fine, and thus, they have done it before, and that everyone was talking about City not cooperating with the investigations (he said it is a constant theme that every judge is accusing them for not cooperating).

Simon Jordan has one thing on his mind: City is guilty!!!!! He doesn't believe that everyone is innocent until proven guilty though he said so, and he pretends to be fair. In reality, he has already convicted City. Why does he take the other side's view about City not cooperating when they have said so many times that they have collaborated enough as per the law? Why would he take one side when he doesn't have all the information about the case? Leave it until the legal process is completed, and give your feedback on the final verdict.

Levy = plausible deniability for the redshirts.

Or just simple deniable plausibility, I suppose.

That’s not entirely true. He sits on the board of the ECA, so whilst he may not carry much power, he carries an awful lot of influence

Baffling how someone of actual no real significance in terms of the main clubs can be considered having influence of any kind,I know he was hinted at by pep a while back in one of his pre match pressers but come on,he’s a laughing stock as much as his comedy club are, although apparently he’s a shrewd operator on transfer dealings big deal..
