No. He didn't pull Haaland. He gheld him to know where he was. Haaland pulled him to get an advantage. There is a difference. Let's stop pretending we can't tell.
He held him to know where he was? That's a foul, therefore a penalty. Players should use their eyes to identify where opponents are, not their hands.

Stones on the pitch shaking hands at the end so it doesn't look like the desperados' nightmare scenario on here is wide of the mark.

If so we're worried that we can't cope with a player or two, we're fucked anyway.

We can cope and have, but you want your best players for the important games.

But what you do do is set aq precedent about what is and what isnt allowed if Bernardo's wasnt a pull back than neither was Erlings the ref has to be consistent
Bernardo was a pullback. He just missed it. Should have been a free kick. Haaland pull also is a free kick.

One was missed. No excuse to miss the other. Make up calls are dumb. You miss one. It's gone. Ref can't check that. But when a goal is scored. You can check.

Mind you he gave the goal and only rescinded on the check. Which is a rule.

I work with two of their supporters, they are going to be even more unbearable than normal tomorrow and are always in the office whenever I am not working from home.

Celebrating this like they won the league..... Really don't know what to think.
Getting into Europa league is like winning the league for them - let them have it. They've had a great season and deserve to celebrate.

It was a foul by Haaland, get the blue tinted specs off lads.

That did not look good for Stones, hope to fuck he's okay.
I think the point most are making is that if it's the attacker that has his shirt pulled it's usually ignored, and it was that soft that 9 times out of 10 the goal is given.

I'm fine with the result in an ultimately meaningless match, but the point is correct.

same - I always thought if we had to rely on the last two BHA and Brentford away would not have been my two first choices
That's what I was saying when everybody thought Chelsea at home was a foregone conclusion. That said, we would have fielded a stronger team tonight if we had needed the 3 points.

Quite clever from Brighton manager leaving MaCallister out & moving Caciedo to RB in last few weeks, they are both going so he's basically saying ok I will try something new, he's definitely talented manager

Hes switched on De Zirbi & has a great future at the very top???
