PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If it was then we’d be in the clear (well on that charge at least). Shows how thick David Conn is as instead of being a damning confirmation of the allegations against us, his article simply confirms that Sheikh Mansour wasn’t funding the majority of the Etihad deal!
And he got that from one of my tweets. Then he was clearly told not to be so fucking stupid (or however they say that at The Guardian) and came out with a load of bile the next day.

Baffling how someone of actual no real significance in terms of the main clubs can be considered having influence of any kind,I know he was hinted at by pep a while back in one of his pre match pressers but come on,he’s a laughing stock as much as his comedy club are, although apparently he’s a shrewd operator on transfer dealings big deal..
He likes bending over for United though and giving them his best players - he probably creams his pants that his players move to United or Madrid , he’s a small time shyster , in charge of a club without a title win in over 60 years , he should be reminded , that if his fucking club is so big , then why haven’t they ever seriously made a title challenge pre City’s takeover , at least we challenged in the 70’s, getting sent down by Luton destroyed this club, thanks to shredded wheat head. Too many fans of clubs have a fucking short memory about City, fuck the slap headed tosser , he knows nothing about this club.

I listened in for about 10 minutes to Simon Jordan today. Four days after our Premier League win and his piss is still boiling. It’s hilarious. Seriously, what do these clowns think is going to happen? Speed up a process and demote us to the Conference? As far as I can see these charges have already been bought by UEFA and judged on by CAS.

We’re living rent free in Jordans head. Amongst others. It’s fucking great!
He’s just Shane Warnes (RIP) cross eyed ugly brother. The ****

The prick sacked the only competent , title challenging manager they have had for about 30 years, said it before-he wears the Tottenham badge round his neck like a beastie boy does with a VW badge. He's still of the illusion that spurs are a big hitter-a club who have consistently sold their best players for 30 years. He thinks he's sat at the table with the red shirts-they load the gun and he fires the bullets.

I’ve got Spurs fans as mates & one said to me growing I never knew City fans, it was only Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham, United, Liverpool. I explained you grew up in London & where I grew up it was City or United.

Thick fucker had never considered that.

Nobody ever asks the prick what proof has he got to be on this crusade other than phone-in or media air time to justify his sad existence to say that City is guilty. Is he privileged to information that others are not? SJIAC

The standard response is

“ everyone knows “ which is normally followed with everyone in the room nodding.

Who needs ducking stools with Twitter & Radio / TV

City are owned by Mansour as a private investor. Any arrangement between Etihad and its national government has fuck all to do with City and is not in any way relevant.

It’s not like he isn’t loaded on his own & not like City hasn’t increased his wealth.

I listened to the show yesterday when Noel Gallagher was on. Gallagher answered questions for an hour & the only time Simon Jordan spoke was to ask about City's ffp charge. The guy has no doubt that we are guilty has an agenda to get the book thrown at us.

Maybe to a failed football owner he gets comfort thinking the only way to succeed is to break rules.

The fact we believe we didn’t break any rules, rules only created to try & stop us don’t enter his head but it will be pure ego.

Haven't seen anyone mention this but is it not slightly concerning that Pep is asking for the verdict sooner? Surely he would have had reassurances from the club that everything will be OK? Or has he?

The simple message to Simon Jordan is 'Stop speculating about conspiracy theories regarding City and instead prove that they have broken the PL ffp rules...show us the proof and evidence'. Otherwise, let the lawyers do their work and stop fucking speculating about stuff you know nothing about.

In other words shut the SHUT THE FUCK UP

Man United and Liverpool says it all. 2 clubs that are not in London but people support from. (If you was born in them Cities and moved down fair enough). But we know they are glory supporting and fall for the media hype rubbish.

I do believe everyone wants to destroy us because they can't accept we have been one off England's best teams for years and it hurts them. We have created lots of history and memories during the successful years and its inspired other clubs to want that success (Newcastle being one off them).

Once Newcastle start to win trophies. The red cartel will soon be onto them next and will try to destroy them like they are trying on us.

More like he is confident that City haven't done anything wrong, and therefore wants to get the verdict sooner.

I think it also confirms that the club did not leak anything for ziegler’s report this week.

It's almost like it's co-ordinated isn't it? A leak that City are launching some procedural appeals followed by all the usual KFA morons in the media saying there should be a quick resolution and bad City are slowing everything down. It's so obvious, I doubt it has gone unnoticed by the people preparing the club's defence.

So stupid from the PL to let information be leaked.

It's over for them and they know it.

More likely the club will have told the PL to drop the case as they will get humiliated due to irrefutable evidence that we are innocent and they're clueless.
Pep will have been told to be bullish and publicly request it be wrapped up fast, before some league administrators get their pants pulled riiiiiiight down.
It's no coincidence that Spitty and Ratty©️™️ have come out with the same line.
