Whoosh me. A lot of serious excitement I missed the joke. My bad.

Or they just want to add to the depth as Perrone probably isn't sticking around. Doubt they'd want to keep feeding 32 yo Kdb and gundogan 60+ games a season. If that’s what he is then Phillips has to be leaving
Like summer 2020 on rinse n repeat. No no no no no, not again, not another transfer window
My thoughts too. And unbearable for me cos he just simply has been my favourite player - as well as being an excellent footballer and all round good guy since VInnie left. I will be most upset, but he owes us nothing and has new family to consider. Like death and taxes, change is the only other certainly in life....Lessens the chances of Gundo staying, obv hope he stays.
Wtf, that lineup is worse than what we’re playing this year.Ederson
Guerreiro
Gvardiol
Dias
Stones
Rodri
Kovačić
Alvarez
Grealish
Bernardo
Haaland
Subs: Ortega, Ake ,Akanji , Walker ,Lewis , Gundogan, DeBruyne ,Foden
there's no upgrade on Cancelo in world football but he plays a similar roleIs he an upgrade on Cancelo? Genuine question, as I know practically nothing about Guerreiro
Cancelo-esque ???Pretty much what I observed from him during Dortmund's choke last weekend.
Scored a good goal, missed a couple, but defensively suspect?
Pep could make a mannequin do magic.Kovacic and Guerreiro are two very underrated signing for 30-40m total. Pep could do wonders with both.
I see kovacic as very much the Bernardo replacement personally, he has similar attributes to Bernardo when playing central (good dribbler, good ball retention, offers energy and is a good presser). I expect mahrez and foden to share the rw minutes and to fill the void left by Bernardo in the position.I highly doubt Kovacic replaces Gundogan. Recent reports suggest he's closer to staying as city up their offer.
With Jacks recent tweet i'd say he replaces neither as they do not know if they are leaving or not. He's just a depth signing/phillips cover imo.I see kovacic as very much the Bernardo replacement personally, he has similar attributes to Bernardo when playing central (good dribbler, good ball retention, offers energy and is a good presser). We will never replace Bernardo with just one player as his attributes are so unique.
I think we have played a 4 2 3 1 a lot this season with Bernardo playing deep next to rodri. I see Kovacic doing that role, hope I’m wrong but it feels like Bernardo is off to psgWith Jacks recent tweet i'd say he replaces neither as they do not know if they are leaving or not. We've barely played that all season.I think we have played a 4 2 3 1 a lot this season with Bernardo playing deep next to rodri. I see Kovacic doing that role, hope I’m wrong but it feels like Bernardo is off to psg
I still think he’s on to something with Bellingham. He may have said “yes” to them, but will Madrid cough up the cash? That’s what I think he’s been suggesting over the past week. If not, City will no doubt cough up £130m for him. We’re in an incredible position financially. Years of bringing money in through our academy and other player sales and sensible signings at good prices. Txiki and Omar have done a brilliant job.Tolmie gets some stick, particularly outside of Bluemoon on Twitter etc (for some reason?) but he called Kovacic long ago, at a time when I don’t recall there being any links. Fair play, and should keep his doubters quite for a day or two :)
