PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Everton are not seen as a threat, whilst City have been the biggest threat and still are since the sheik took over.

Thought the limit was £105M over 3 seasons ? Doubt they’ve lost that much, that’d be double the allowance

They are allowed to disregard losses incurred due to Covid. Problem is that Everton have disregarded a lot more than anyone else has.

The £105m premier league limit is also a lot higher then the 30million euro limit in UEFA FFP so assume even if we we are judged on any perceived errors/false accounting in our books by the FA assume it would have to be significant to be anywhere near breaking the FA FFP number as we cleared the UEFA target with room to spare.

Conversely our owners see the scandalous remarks as par for the course and unlike when we were at the first stage of investment phase we are now self sufficient and approaching the finale of a great season with probably financial results to suit.

As with CAS and the PL we can and do act legally but at a time that suits us not our enemies.

Just an opinion.
