Good luck West Ham. I was lucky enough to get to Wembley in 1980 (I think it was) when they beat Arsenal 1-0 through a Trevor Brooking diving header, hopefully they win this one to add to that.

I was in with them at the final and it wasn't long after one of our fans had petrol bombed the West Ham fans inside St James’ during the game. It was a boiling hot day and I didn't dare get a drink inside the ground in case somebody heard my accent, I would have probably been slaughtered.

Good luck to the Hammers tonight. Hope they get it done. A tough game, I saw the Coppa Italia final and Fiorentina will likely dominate the ball but if West Ham stay organised and defensively solid can definitely get the job done. Credit to them for trying to prioritise this competition and not worry about the league. Good to see a side try to win a trophy rather than fret about whether they finish one or two places higher in the league. Credit to the board for sticking with agent Moyes as well.
