Why not spend that money on a younger player( Gabriel Veiga, Manu Kone, etc) who can develop all while bringing some legs into our midfield?

Do we need legs in midfield? we’ve just won a treble on a control based style of play not a high intensity one. A lack of legs has hardly prohibited Rodri and gundo from being the best midfielders in the country

It was expected that we would prefer skillful players over mindless fast runners. We need players who are obviously technical and have football intelligence, not just pure speed like Sterling or Sane, who were not exactly brain surgeons on the field.
