Not sure if signing the Chelsea lad affects any desire to get Rice.
highly ridiculous
Mudryk and caicedo only wanted arsenal too…The fact arsenal are being so relaxed and low balling West Ham suggests to me they know rice wants only arsenal. Very similar to Jesus last season, they seem to box the player off and then negotiate with the club knowing they can low ball. Similar to how we operate tbh
Yup stay for the family and celebrate christmas cup parade.Like you and I said, City haven't shown any concrete interest. He and his family would need convincing to leave home - big ask
Well we know ourselves with Jorginho, Sanchez, maguire (thank god) players can change their minds. Just feel rice has been totally convinced to join arsenal. They are ambitious, building a brilliant squad and keeps him close to home. Just seems to make too much senseMudryk and caicedo only wanted arsenal too…

I didn’t look properly and assumed I’d replied to Humbbled to be honest… you’ve been decent so far.Think it's a game being played out by both sides. Who is leaking that West Ham were expecting bids by at least 2 other clubs last week, that wasn't Arsenal.
Honestly, i remain to be convinced we'll offer what is actually acceptable to West Ham in teerms of up front fee & instalments. Maybe we will and are just trying to get as good a deal as we can for ourselves to allow us to make other signings, i don't know. I much preferred when the first you heard about these signings were on teletext or the back of a newspaper.
Sorry, West Ham itk's. There's been an official from Bayern quoted as saying they haven't bid because they've heard he's going to be an Arsenal player by July 1st as well.
I agree with you, it's all guesswork, and i'm not as confident as Humbled (i never am, somewhat ironically with his username). I do believe Arsenal are his first choice because there's too much noise saying so, but if we can't get an agreement and City do, i think all bets could be off, but that's guesswork from me as well.
The risk with that is if a team like city or united come in and offer West Ham what they wantThe fact arsenal are being so relaxed and low balling West Ham suggests to me they know rice wants only arsenal. Yeah it was decent fun to be honest. Think the buy in was only about a tenner and it used to last a couple of hours. Don’t think we had many bellends join in which helped. Was it civilized?
Haha fuck off soft lad. People move further away for jobs paying £50k per year. Let alone to work with the best manager in the world and play in the best team in the world. It is true. It is very true. I mentioned it the other day, footballers are people too. Thier homelife is a factor in decisions to move clubs.
When people say 'If City want him, its done', I always imagine a bunch of movers letting themselves into the Rice household and start packing up their belongings, and Declan and his missus come out of bed bemused wondering whats going on. "City have bid for you Declan, its done, pack up your life and your 6 months old son, your moving to Manchester".
I mean cmon, at the end of the day football is his day job and his family come first.
In what way is Rice a replacement for Gundogan? I mean I terms of style or job to do on the pitch? I can only see him as an extra body or a replacement for Phillips.
