If Saudis do pay us big money then we could take it. I mean why not
Mcshit and a possible convict as a big part of a deal to lose their best player?...young David is regressing back to football genius levels.
A shame, but very predictable.Perrone rumoured to be going to Girona on loan next season. Would be a shame.
A shame,but very predictable.
The only thing that stopped a CFG loan when he signed was the insistence he stayed in Manchester.
The black hole now awaits.....
Why a shame? Regularly game time hopefully at a CFG club?Perrone rumoured to be going to Girona on loan next season. Would be a shame.
He did nothing wrong, and while he was neat and tidy,in a a less than intensive game.....he didn't have time to provide a performance where he could properly be judged/assessed.His only cameo against Bournemouth was great too. Thought he’d be an Alvarez-type signing rather than the others who have gone into the CFG abyss.
Be close to £8m a month tax free!!!
Takes him two years after tax to earn that with us...
It is too soon for Bernardo Silva to move to the Saudi League no matter how lucrative it appears to be.
If offer is true how can he turn that down?
I’d be amazed, and disappointed, if Bernardo actually left us to join the Saudi league.
Seems to be a lot of hysteria around the lads we are losing.
Bernie, Gundo, Laporte, Cancelo, poss Walker, all have had one foot out of the door or their contracts are running down.
The average age of those four must be 30 and that's without factoring Mahrez.
The team needs a major refresh and it's probably the difference between Pep staying at least another two years.
Stones is 29, Rodri is 27 today, Kev is 30-odd.
Let's not make the mistake of doing a Liverpool and United, hanging on to players too long.
The cycle reached the ultimate creshendo.

100% he has nothing left to prove.I'm sure for the last two years he never envisaged a scenario where someone was prepared to pay him £2m a-week and the first 12 months up front?
Things change, morals, perspectives, career plans.
Winning that Champions League probably also changed a few mindsets.

He was hardly played in the recent International youth tournament either.....you'd think a potential first teamer at our club would be their main man.
Earlier in the season we looked somewhat broken and tired, it was only when Cancelo was booted and the PL hit us with the charges that the whole club came together again and went on the crazy run and won the lot.Seems to be a lot of hysteria around the lads we are losing.

Big clubs sell big players at the right times.
We have been largely successful in doing that and the only time we fucked up was with Yaya imo.
The squad will rightly evolve, posters in here will use the word irreplaceable like confetti and the future will prove they where replaceable.
Same thing happened back in the day with the 69 team, kept them together for far too long and they all aged at the same time, cost us big time.It will be the same with KDB, he's coming to the end.
Sergio, Yaya, Dave, Vinny, Zabba, Fern...we find a way, even if it hurts.
